Bridal FAQ’s

How do I secure my wedding date with you?
We require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract to secure your wedding date.

Can I make changes to my wedding day services after I sign my contract?
Yes, you can add on any services but you cannot remove services. If you change your “getting ready” location, travel fees are subject to change.

Can I book a trial before securing my date?
Yes, you can but keep in mind that wedding day dates are not held without a deposit. If you wait too long to do your trial without securing your booking, your wedding date may be taken.

What if I don’t know how many services I need yet but I want to secure my date?
Book your date for confirmed services only because you can always add more services later on! As long as the minimum spend required is reached, we can book your wedding date.

Can I bring someone with me to my trial?
We kindly ask that you only bring yourself. This should be a one-on-one with the bride and artist where you get to discuss requirements and freely voice your own opinions without distractions or outside pressures so we can create the perfect look for you! Sometimes with other people present, it’s hard for the bride and artist to communicate properly. But we do encourage you to give your friends or family a call after the appointment!

What types of payments do you take?
We take Cash, E-transfer & Credit Card. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.75% processing fee. All services are subject to HST.
